Underpinning, structural rectification, concrete cancer, waterproofing and facade repair. We diagnose the cause before we price the cure, and we work to your engineer's specification or prepare one where none exists.
02 Renovations & Extensions
Additions, second storeys and whole home renovations on buildings that are often heritage affected and still occupied. We stage the work so the house stays weather tight and liveable throughout.
03 Custom Homes & Knockdown Rebuilds
Knockdown rebuilds and ground up construction, delivered lump sum or as design and construct with our own consultants. Constrained sites, difficult access and steep blocks are normal work for us.
04 Inspections & Defect Reports
A licensed builder inspects the property, ranks every defect by priority and prices the rectification. Useful before you buy, before you sign off a build, or when you need a scope an insurer or strata committee will accept.
